We beat industry giants to win a national People and Culture award for a second time!
The team at YGC is celebrating after winning a national HR award for the second consecutive year.
We’re delighted to share the news that we won the Retail Company of the Year Award at the British HR Awards that took place in London on 16th April.
“The HR awards celebrate organisations and individuals that are driven by delivering a world-class people experience, so we’re proud and delighted to have won this award on behalf of our great team,” said our Head of People and Culture, Neil Barwise-Carr.
We were over the moon to beat industry giants Heron Foods, Holland & Barrett and Selfridges to take the Retail Company of the Year title for a second time.
